What is the evidence for surgery in migraine headaches?

Do you take insurance for the treatment of migraines?
We currently do not take insurance for migraine headache treatment. Our goal is to deliver the highest level of care possible, and amazing customer service. We strive to achieve this in a cost-efficient manner to try to keep your out-of-pocket costs as low as possible
How much does it cost?
Each visit costs a flat fee of $200.
If you are visiting to get Botox injected, you just pay for the Botox ($15/unit), and you do not pay the visit fee.
If you are having surgery, the cost of surgery will depend on the type of surgery, the number of trigger sites involved, and the need for general anesthesia. The cost of surgery can range from $2,500 for a procedure under local anesthesia in the office, to about $12,000 for a procedure under general anesthesia in the operating room
